Students have access to authors, editors, and illustrators as they work on various types of writing projects. Students have the option to submit original work and to read other students’ work. Teaching materials are provided for grades 1-2; 3-5; and 9-12. While high school materials are provided, the site has more of a look and feel for elementary and early middle school students.

In the Stock Market Game, students will trade real stocks like a Wall Street broker and will compete against other classes of various grade levels across Georgia. Students will learn about economic concepts. Training and a small fee are required before participation.
ThinkQuest

ThinkQuest, formerly Think.com, allows student, including young students, to work in collaboration with students in their class, their school, and globally. Children can have their own pages, can blog, and can respond to each other in a protected environment. Registration is required, but there is no cost for use.
